The Michigan College
and University Professional Association for
Human Resources (MI-CUPA-HR) is a vehicle for
promoting closer cooperation between Human Resources
professionals at colleges and universities in
the State of Michigan for the purpose of advancing
the practice of personnel and human resource
administration in higher education.
To that end, MI-CUPA-HR
serves as an umbrella organization within which
Institutional Human Resource Professionals are
able to:
- Interact with their peers
to promote professionalism in the field
of personnel and human resource administration;
- Facilitate research and
an exchange of ideas in personnel and human
resource administration; and
- Engage in professional development
opportunities through conferences, seminars,
workshops and the exchange of concepts and
programs in personnel and human resource
administration.
